Please note this service is for private individuals only, looking for a virtual residential address. If you are a Sole Trader or Company and require a virtual business trading address, you will need to subscribe to one of our virtual office plans.
Personal Mailbox Forwarding – £14.99 P/mth (PAYG – No Mail Item Handling Fee’s)
With our Personal Mailbox Forwarding plan, you receive all of the features included with our other plans and in addition, we can post your mail to you to a forwarding address. We do not charge mail handling surcharge fee’s like other virtual office provider’s. We only charge you for the cost of the stamps for us to post the mail out to you and we can post your mail at intervals to suit you.
You will be required to place monies on account for postage in advance of any post being sent out to you for the postal fees we will incur and mail will not be posted out to you if there is insufficient funds on your account to cover the cost of sending out your mail. Please note the minimum amount you can pay on account is £20. At which time, your postage funds are running low, we will automatically debit your account for an additional £20 or other amount you may wish to pay.
To setup a virtual office account with us, please complete the form below and submit it to us. You will automatically receive an email confirmation to confirm your application has been received and your account created.
We do require proof of identity and proof of address for all of our clients and details of how to provide identification to us will be sent to you in your email confirmation at which time you submit your application to us.
Please note that we do not accept applications from individual’s or Companies based outside of the UK.
